Poor forcasting

Nice concept BUT.... Poor weather forecasting and even worse reporting.
Example: Current Seattle Wx conditions are sky clear, 60 degrees F., Wind Northerly 12 Gust 18.
This app reports Temp 35F, wind 3 Gust 3.
How could it be that far off??? Certainly not a forecast you can rely on.
